Bio
Anne Maschler was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, where she earned a degree in Education and Linguistics. She moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and received an MA in Educational Administration after attending the Principal Residency Network through the Center for Collaborative Education.
After teaching English in Middle and High School, she joined a team of educators to write the plan for a small, innovative, arts-themed high school. Since the opening of ArTES, Ms. Maschler has served the school as an English teacher, coordinator, AP and is currently the Principal.
She enjoys working in the personalized, supportive and creative setting ArTES provides to students and staff and is excited to see the school and its students grow and reach new heights in the years to come.
